Glen Powell is sharing new comments about his relationship with actress Michelle Randolph.

Powell, 37, and Randolph, 29, went Instagram official back in July, some eight months after the pair first sparked dating rumors in November 2025. In a new profile Esquirepublished on Wednesday, Oct. 7, the actor said he and the Landman actress share similar mindsets when it comes to their personal lives and professional endeavors.

“Life is fast for both of us, and we have the same values. She loves her family,” he told the outlet. “I love my family. And we both care about work a lot. We both like to show up for our partners. And yet we also understand the balance of it all.”

Randolph broke into the entertainment industry in the late 2010s and has starred in Paramount+ series like 1923 and Landman in recent years, on top of an appearance in February’s Scream 7.

Powell, similarly, has been busy: in the last year, he has appeared in the movies The Running Man, How to Make a Killing and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. He also reprised his leading role in the Hulu series Chad Powers in recent months.

Esquire also reported that Powell spent a significant amount of time in Paris this summer with Randolph, where she was filming a yet-to-be-announced project. “There’s something so lovely about someone rooting for you,” Powell said of his relationship. “Someone who wants you to win in all the ways that are good for you as a human. Not just professionally but in all the ways that are good for your soul.”

Randolph and Powell first sparked dating rumors when they were seen dancing at a bar in Powell’s hometown of Austin, Texas, in November 2025, per a TikTok posted by a local. A source told PEOPLE at the time that they were “super cute together” and looked quite happy. In December, they attended an F1 event together in Los Angeles and were later seen in Miami that same month. They rang in the New Year together on a yacht trip with several other major stars, including Nina Dobrev and Miles Teller, and the couple went Instagram official when Powell shared photos from a Fourth of July celebration in Texas over the summer.

On Sept. 3, Powell was approached by a TMZ reporter in New York City, who asked him if he felt nervous to go “IG official” with Randolph. “Nah, it’s not,” he responded. “It’s never nerve-wracking if you believe in it.” At the time, the actor also told TMZ he would describe their relationship as “very serious.”

Powell will next hit movie theaters with The Comeback King, a comedy he is working on with Judd Apatow set for a February release. He will also star in director J.J. Abrams’ next movie The Great Beyond in October 2027. In July, reports emerged that Powell will re-team with his Hit Man director Richard Linklater to make a biopic about iconic New York Yankees first baseman Lou Gehrig.
